Refund Policy

Automatic refunds

If a generation fails for any technical reason, the credits spent on it are refunded automatically and immediately — no action needed on your part.

Unused credit packs

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have consumed less than 10% of the credits included in that purchase. Contact us with your order number.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. The current period is non-refundable once credits for the month have been granted. If you experienced a service outage that prevented use, contact us for a pro-rata credit.

How to request

Contact us with your account email and order number. Refunds are issued via the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
